Construction confidence falters in the US
Confidence amongst US construction contractors shrank in January as non-residential backlog levels fell slightly during the month, Kallanish learns from the Associated General Builders and Contractors (ABC).
According to the ABC's construction confidence index, contractors' expectations for sales, profit margins, and staffing levels decreased during January following rising levels of optimism for all indices in the prior month.
