Construction spending in the US rises slightly
Construction spending in the US rose slightly in July, by 0.3% from the prior month, Kallanish learns from estimates by the US Census Bureau.
In July, US construction spending was estimated at a seasonally adjusted annual rate of $1.57 trillion. Spending estimates for the month were above June's estimated rate of $1.56 trillion.
