Court ratifies Jianlong’s reorganisation of Xining Special
China’s Xining Intermediate People's Court on Monday officially ratified Jianlong Group’s reorganisation plan for the listed Xining Special Steel, the largest special steel manufacturer in western China, Kallanish notes. This marks a formal start after Jianlong was confirmed as the reorganiser in September (see Kallanish 26 September).
The approval means that the restructuring plan has also received the consent of creditors and employees.…
