CSN buys pre-painting line from Hyundai Steel
Brazil's Companhia Siderúrgica Nacional (CSN) continues to diversify its steel production after it acquired a pre-painting line from Hyundai Steel.
During its third-quarter earnings conference call monitored by Kallanish, the company indicated it has acquired the line with the intention of replacing large Chinese-origin supplies of coated steel to the Brazilian market.
