CSN ready to resume Volta Redonda blast furnace
Brazilian steelmaker Companhia Siderúrgica Nacional (CSN) is expected to resume operating blast furnace no.3 at its Volta Redonda plant later this week, media reports in Brazil suggest.
The company has completed maintenance of BF3, which began on 28 June and was initially planned to be completed within 60-days, Kallanish notes.
