CSN signs iron ore supply contract with Glencore
Companhia Siderúrgica Nacional (CSN) says it has signed a long-term agreement to supply iron ore to global commodity trader and miner Glencore, Kallanish learns from a note issued by the Brazilian company.
The steelmaker will supply 4 million tonnes of iron ore through its mining arm CSN Mineração to Glencore over five years. According to the contract, the value of the supply is $115 million.
