Hebei targets 12m t/y overseas capacity by 2020
The Hebei government has released a document stating the province's plan for its steelmakers to develop capacity overseas. According to the document seen by Kallanish, Hebei is targeting 12 million tonnes/year of overseas capacity by 2020.
