S+B offers Deutsche Edelstahlwerke support to Saint-Saulve
Schmolz+Bickenbach (S+B) has detailed an offer for purchasing product from the ailing Ascoval works in Saint-Saulve, owned by Ascometal and tube specialist Vallourec (60/40).
