DMZ reduces steel, coke output in July
Ukraine's Dneprovskiy Steel Mill (DMZ), part of DCH Group, decreased steel production in July compared to the previous month.
Last month, DMZ produced 13,600 tonnes of rolled metal, less by 3.3% compared with June, but higher by 28% on-year, Kallanish notes.
In January-July, the plant produced 70,000t of finished steel, which is 2.5 times more compared to the same period in 2022, which was impacted by downtime amid the outbreak of war.
