DOC opens new online portal for 232 exclusions
The US Bureau of Industry and Security will no longer accept exclusion requests for Section 232 tariffs on the Regulations.gov website, Kallanish reports. According to a notice from the Department of Commerce (DOC) in the Federal Register, all requests for exclusions, objections, rebuttals, and surrebuttals will be processed through the new 232 Exclusions Portal as of 13 June.
