Delay continues for NLMK's US tariff exclusion request
Two US congressmen from Pennsylvania have asked the US Department of Commerce to expedite a tariff exclusion request from NLMK USA, Kallanish learns from a letter by Senator Pat Toomey and Representative Mike Kelly.
The congressmen say a delayed decision on a tariff exclusion requests has cost NLMK USA $160 million in tariffs since March 2018.
