Dongbei Special Steel delays bankruptcy restructure proposal again
Dongbei Special Steel (Dongbei) has delayed submitting its bankruptcy restructuring proposal again according to its listed subsidiary Fushun Special Steel. Fushun also says no final decision has been made on which company will partner with it to carry out the restructuring.
