Dongbei Special Steel finalises reorganisation proposal
China’s heavily indebted Dongbei Special Steel handed in its reorganisation proposal to a local court on 10 July, according to Xinhua. The state-owned Benxi Iron & Steel (Bengang) and Jincheng Shazhou Investment Company, owned by Shagang controller Shen Wenrong, are confirmed as being involved in the reorganisation.
