Eastern Special Steel adds annealing line
Tsingshan Group's Eastern Special Steel in Jiangsu province is preparing construction of a 120,000 tonnes/year hot-rolling and annealing line, in order to upgrade the steelmaker's processing capacity for value-added products, Kallanish notes.
