Entertainment withdraws Athena Resources takeover bid
Global investment firm Entertainment Holdings has withdrawn its intention to make a proportional takeover bid for Australian iron ore explorer Athena Resources, Kallanish notes.
"Athena has received a notification from Entertainment Holdings which withdraws its conditional bid for Athena shares effective immediately," the firm says in a statement.
