Eramet sees nickel supply remaining in deficit
The nickel market outlook has been affected profoundly by the prospective reinstatement from 1 January of Indonesia’s ban on unprocessed nickel ore exports. So says French mining company Eramet in its third-quarter financial report monitored by Kallanish.
In Q3 the company’s nickel sales increased by 21% on-year to €216m ($241m).
