Erciyas Holding completes acquisition of Turkish pipemaker
Turkish investment firm Erciyas Holding has closed the acquisition of a majority stake in local welded steel pipemaker Ozbal Celik Boru, the latter says in a bourse filing seen by Kallanish.
Erciyas Holding, the parent company of welded pipemaker Erciyas Celik Boru, has purchased 51% of Ozbal Celik Boru’s shares, or 7.9 million class A shares and 2.58 million class B shares. The value of the deal was not disclosed.
