Evraz continues production amid April holiday
Russian steelmaker Evraz will continue operating amid the difficult climate stemming from the Covid-19 spread and non-working month of April.
The enterprise has several continuous operations that cannot be shut down and they will continue to operate, the company confirms to Kallanish.
More than 1,000 workers not involved in continuous production have been transferred to remote work, while the remainder are working as usual, the company says.
