Evraz demerges Raspadskaya coking coal arm
Evraz has agreed definitive terms for the demerger of its coking coal mining assets consolidated under its Raspadskaya unit, subject to approval by shareholders. Evraz first announced its intention to demerge in January, Kallanish notes.
