Ex-ArcelorMittal executive to bid for ESL Steel: reports
Jai Saraf, a former ArcelorMittal executive, is in talks with several private financial credit groups to make a potential bid for ESL Steel, Vedanta’s steelmaking arm, according to multiple local media reports.
The fundraising consortium could include Saraf’s own investment firm, Nithia Capital, and other investors. Nithia Capital did not respond to Kallanish request for comment on Friday.
