Fangda Special sees third-quarter surge in profit
Fangda Special Steel saw both revenue and net profit rise in the third quarter, although the quarter-on-quarter increase narrowed. Year-to-date profit increased year-on-year for the first time in 2020, Kallanish notes.
In the first three quarters, Fangda Special earned operating revenue of CNY 11.856 billion ($1.767 billion), down -6.87% y-o-y. Net attributable profit increased by 17.21% y-o-y to CNY 1.497 billion.
