Fangda Special’s investment fund gets new partner
China-listed Fangda Special Steel has preliminarily secured Fangda Carbon New Material as the main partner for its steel industry investment fund, according to the latter’s exchange announcement.
In addition to Fangda Special’s CNY 4 billion ($633 million), Fangda Carbon has decided to invest CNY 4.5 billion to support the private equity fund with an initial estimated total investment of CNY 10 billion, Kallanish notes.
