Fenix Resources appoints new executive chairman, director
Australian miner Fenix Resources has appointed John Welborn as its new executive chairman, and Craig Mitchell as its executive director, effective from 25
October, Kallanish notes.
The appointments follow the expansion of Fenix’s business with the acquisition of Mount Gibson Iron’s Mid-West iron ore assets and the acquisition of a 10 million tonne right to mine over Sinosteel Midwest Corporation’s BeebynW11 iron ore deposit.
