Feralpi idles German mill for revamp
Italian rebar producer Feralpi is stopping production at its German rebar site in Riesa, on the Elbe River, to carry out a revamp, Kallanish learns from sources close to the company.
The plant will be idled for as long as seven weeks for extraordinary maintenance and interventions on the equipment that are expected to improve performance, quality and energy efficiency, Kallanish understands.
