Ferrum signs supply, procurement deals with Izostal
Ferrum has signed an agreement to sell welded pipe to pipe insulator Izostal and buy from it insulated pipe, Kallanish learns from the Polish pipemaker.
The deal comprises five sales agreements to supply Izostal with pipe worth a combined €35.8 million ($40.3m), and one purchase agreement to source from Izostal insulated pipe worth €3.1m. The transaction will take place between April 2019 and July 2020.
