Formosa's lowered HRC prices still deemed too high
Formosa Ha Tinh Steel's (FHS) latest domestic prices are higher than the current market level, Kallanish notes. The current Vietnamese market remains weak and buyers will likely not accept the mill’s target prices, market sources say.
