Friedman reverses year-ago loss
Coil processor and pipe producer Friedman Industries returned to the black in a big way in fiscal 2018, Kallanish learns from company's earnings announcement.
Friedman earned $2.76 million in the fiscal year ended 31 March on sales of $121.16m. The company recorded a loss of about $2.68m on sales of $77.76m in fiscal 2017.
Friedman attributes the turnaround to an overall uptick in volume.
