Fucheng Steel obtains approval for Fangchenggang EAF
Fucheng Steelworks in China’s Fangchenggang city has acquired the necessary approvals to operate its 40-tonne electric arc furnace project, Kallanish notes.
The company invested CNY 45 million ($6.3 million) in the scheme, including an environmental fund of CNY 17 million.
