Galvanized steel exports boost Hoa Sen's July performance
Vietnamese steel producer Hoa Sen saw its July revenue and profit grow rapidly, mainly due to the contribution of the group's exports of galvanized products, Kallanish notes.
The steelmaker saw its July steel sales gain 19% on-year to 189,474 tonnes, including 158,000t of galvanized steel. Galvanized steel exports meanwhile reached 123,000t, accounting for 65% of Hoa Sen's steel sales and 41% of Vietnam’s total exports of this product. Its …
