Gerdau completes Dominican Republic assets divestment, Colombian ongoing
Gerdau has concluded the sale of its interest in a joint venture in the Dominican Republic to its partner Grupo Inicia, Kallanish learns from the company. This became possible after the Brazilian steelmaker received approval from antitrust authorities on 1 February based on fulfilment of all the corresponding conditions.
The company had 50% participation in Gerdau Metaldom.
