Gerdau eyes positive 2022 performance on demand, prices
Brazil’s Gerdau expects to maintain good business momentum and improve performance in all regions. The positive view is supported by a scenario of higher international steel prices and strong demand in all markets, although the Оmicron Covid-19 variant raises uncertainty over the global economy.
So said the steelmaker’s executive director, Gustavo Werneck, during a conference with investors and analysts monitored by Kallanish.
