GFG presents Aartee business case, seeks administration exit
GFG Alliance has finalised its business plan for Aartee Bright Bar (ABB) and will present it to court at a hearing on 15 March. The group is thereby seeking to immediately end the administration of ABB, it tells Kallanish.
GFG’s legal representatives will argue that its business case for ABB will provide a far superior outcome for creditors, employees and all other stakeholders compared with a damaging insolvency process.
