Global Ferronickel secures deal from Baosteel
Philippine nickel firm Global Ferronickel has sealed a deal with Chinese steelmaker Baowu Steel Group to supply nickel to the firm, Kallanish notes.
Global Ferronickel says in a statement that its subsidiaries, Platinum Group Metals Corporation (PGMC) and Ipilan Nickel Corporation (Ipilan), have inked their annual sale and purchase agreement with Baosteel Resources International, a wholly owned subsidiary of Baowu.
