GrafTech expands board of directors, appoints new member
Ohio-based graphite electrode producer GrafTech International has increased the size of its board of directors with the appointment of a ninth member, Kallanish gathers from a recent announcement by the company.
GrafTech's board of directors has selected Diego Donoso, the former president of packaging for Dow Inc., as an independent member of the board. Donoso served in his position at Dow from 2012 until his retirement in April 2023.
