Guangdong Jinshenglan starts rolling project construction
Guangdong Jinshenglan broke ground on its 8 million tonnes/year capacity rolling project in mid-May, with MCC 22 contracted for the construction, Kallanish notes.
MCC 22 will mainly build four long products rolling mills and other supporting facilities. The project involves steelmaking, rolling, scrap processing and slag recycling.
