Guangxi looks to boost steel capacity in 2021
Several northern Chinese steelmakers have transferred steel quotas to Guangxi province. Hebei Jinxi and Jiujiang Wire Rod have signed contracts with the Guangxi government to sell quotas to Guangxi iron and Steel's Fangchenggang project, Kallanish notes.
