Guangxi Steel commissions cold rolling line
China's Guangxi Steel, a subsidiary of steelmaker Liuzhou Iron & Steel (Liugang) Group in Guangxi Province, has commissioned cold-rolling lines and produced the first batch of qualified cold rolled coil on 26 December, Kallanish notes.
