Guilin Pinggang to commission ECR project in October
The Guiling city government in Guangxi Province said last week it is supporting the construction of an electricity substation for Guiling Pinggang. Pinggang plans to build an Endless Cast Rolling (ECR) project, which hopes to be completed in September and put into production in October, Kallanish notes.
The project started construction in April last year. At present it has completed 90% of construction of the steelmaking and rolling workshops…
