Hadeed hikes fourth-quarter earnings, shipments
Saudi Iron & Steel Company (Hadeed) reported a 4% on-quarter hike in fourth-quarter-of-2021 revenue to SAR 3.22 billion ($858.6 million), driven primarily by higher sales volumes. This was offset partially by lower average sales prices, Kallanish notes.
Saudi market maker Hadeed's average sales prices decreased by 8%; however, sales volume increased by 12% versus Q3, parent company and petrochemicals giant Sabic says without providing values.
