Hamriyah Steel receives CARES ‘1 Rosette’ sustainable certification
United Arab Emirates re-roller Hamriyah Steel has attained the 1 Rosette rating in the CARES Sustainable Constructional Steels (SCS) certification scheme for the production of hot rolled steel bar, Kallanish notes.
Recognition of higher levels of performance, beyond the mandatory pass level, can be gained through achieving 1, 2, 3 or 4 Rosettes in the CARES Rosette Rating System, the certification body says.
