Handan Steel details capacity replacement

Hebei Handan Iron & Steel (Hangang) plans to reduce 7.07 million tonnes/year of iron capacity and 5.875m t/y of steel capacity in 2021, but will add 5.65m t/y of iron capacity and 4.7m t/y of steel capacity at its new base.
