Handan and Xingtai limit winter steel production
Hebei province's Handan and Xingtai cities, following the major steel production base Tangshan, have both released their winter heating season restriction plans. The restrictions, which are in place over 1 October to 31 March 2019, will reduce output but not by as much as last year, Kallanish notes.
