HBIS hires MCC Jingcheng for Shigang relocation
On 5 May, MCC Jingcheng won a bid for the relocation and upgrading HBIS Group (Hegang) subsidiary Shijiazhuang Iron & Steel (Shigang), Kallanish notes.
