HBIS Shigang to shutter plant in September
Hebei's Shijiazhuang city has announced its 2020 air pollution control plan, requiring Shijiazhuang Iron & Steel (Shigang) under HBIS Group to close down its steelworks there by end-September 2020. The company is building a new steelworks outside the city, Kallanish notes.
