Hebei adds high-end flats plants
Two steelmakers in Hebei province's Tangshan and Handan cities plan to start the construction of new cold rolling mills, according to a government announcement. Total investment in the new projects is expected to reach CNY 2.4 billion ($358 million), Kallanish notes.
