Hebei announces Hegang Xuangang capacity replacement plan
The Hebei provincial Development and Reform Commission has published the capacity replacement and upgrade plan for Hebei Iron & Steel Group’s Xuanhua Iron & Steel (Xugangang) plant. This will cut in total 9.15 million tonnes/year of iron and 9.34m t/y of steel capacity and add 7.32m t/y and 7.47m t/y respectively.
