Hebei to boost overseas steel capacity
Hebei Province recently issued a plan to promote ownership in overseas steel capacity as part of its tie in to the belt and road policies. It aims to hit 12 million tonnes/year of overseas steelmaking capacity owned by Hebei firms by 2020, Kallanish notes.
