Hebei steelmakers cut HRC supply
Two steelmakers in northern China's Hebei Province, Tangshan Guofeng Steel and Hebei Cangzhou Zhongtie Equipment have announced that they will cut hot rolled coil supply to the market. Tangshan Guofeng's HRC supply is mainly affected by Tangshan's environmental restrictions, while Cangzhou Zhongtie has begun a new round of maintenance, Kallanish notes.
