Hebei disgraces steelmakers for environmental violations
The Hebei provincial government has recently issued the results of inspections focussed on air pollution control over the autumn and winter. Fifty-one steel companies have been warned and publically disgraced due to environmental problems. Serious violators and some officials have had their cases passed to the police, Kallanish notes.
