Hebei Zunhua starts December restrictions
Zunhua City in Hebei Province has imposed production restrictions on the steelmaking and coking plants of Ganglu Iron & Steel and Jianlong Special Steel in December, Kallanish notes from Zunhua City public documents. The loose restrictions continue to suggest strong winter output, however.
